Endangered Spider Holds Up $15M Highway Project in Texas

In San Antonio, Texas, an endangered species of eyeless spiders is causing a $15 million highway project to be slowed down and temporarily stopped. The project is indefinitely being delayed since a biologist found the Braken Bat Cave meshweaver, which is about the size of a dime. The species was added to the endangered animals list about twelve years ago.
